R Kelly needs to give it up

Okay, so in order to pay his legal fees and stay true to his fans, R Kelly has a new album coming out this summer called 12 Play: 4th Quarter. Go figure that he'd milk the title of his best career album. I gave up on R Kelly after the Chocolate Factory album, and have yet to be satisfied since his double album R..

So, his latest single is Hair Braider, can you get any lamer? R's been dealing with quite a bit of stuff, and I don't carry hard feelings for the child porn stuff, since he'll have to face the jury for his actions, but now he wants to bone his hair dresser!? There are some hot ones out there, and you can't help to cop a look when you're at breast-level, but does it need to be publicized and put in the form of a lame-ass song?

And, within the first 17 seconds of the video, he has the most ridiculous chain I've seen in a while. Sure, it's all diamonds, but still, gaudiness doesn't insight classiness or wealth, it shows that you have something to prove. With tanking music sales across the board, and rap and r&b taking a heftier blow, this song will only throw another shovel of dirt on the coffin.
